It's Just a Pan Parlor, but none other can beat it's popularity. The simple but unique reason being that the owner, Gabhaji Thakor is one of the greatest fans of Amitabh Bachhan. He has built a temple for Amitabh, most probably the only one in India.
This temple or "mandir" is part of his Amitabh Pan House which is located at Ashram Road, opposite Sakar 1. For him, Amitabh is not just a living legend, he is a GOD. He daily follow all rituals like one do in any Hindu Mandir. He has been doing so from last 30 years. His Amitabh Pan House is full of posters of Amitabh's movies. You will be amazed to see his personal photo album having pictures of his divine hero in various pose at different places in different periods. There is also a photo where he is standing with Amitabh. Many customers name Gabhaji's son as Abhishek. No doubt, he loves that.
